First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at 100 university basketball and volleyball players to find out what makes them more likely to get injured. Athletes who score low on certain physical tests will get an 8-week exercise plan tailored just for them. Researchers will then track injuries over a 6-month season to see if the program helps keep players safer.
