First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tested a new method called injection molding to repair thin or missing enamel on children's permanent front teeth. Fourteen healthy children received either a giomer or composite resin restoration, and the team checked how well the repairs held up over two years. The goal was to find a less invasive way to improve the look and function of affected teeth.
