Summary
This study aims to see if a new injectable form of the hormone therapy letrozole works as well and is as safe as the standard pill version. Both are given alongside another cancer drug called palbociclib. It will involve 300 postmenopausal women with a specific type of advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
