Gum boosting injection could save your dental implants

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a substance made from a patient's own blood (platelet-rich fibrin) can improve the thickness and width of the gums around dental implants. The trial will include 80 adults with thin or narrow gums around their implants. The goal is to see if this simple injection can help prevent future gum problems and improve appearance.
