Cold injection could ease knee pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Neural Ice, which uses cold energy injected into the knee to relieve chronic pain from osteoarthritis. About 263 adults aged 22 to 80 with moderate to severe knee pain are taking part. The goal is to see if this therapy reduces pain during activity by at least 30% after 3 and 6 months, while tracking any side effects.
