First human tests for new hay fever drug

NCT ID NCT06038279

Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety of a new drug called INI-2004 for people with ragweed allergies (hay fever). First, healthy volunteers received single doses. Then, people with confirmed ragweed allergies received multiple weekly doses. The main goal was to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug, while also measuring if it helped reduce allergy symptoms like sneezing and congestion.
