Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for treating ingrown toenails: the Winograd procedure and the sleeve (gutter) method. Researchers will track 312 patients for 30 days to see which technique leads to fewer recurrences and better healing. The goal is to find the most effective approach for this common, painful condition.
