First seen Dec 04, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting immunotherapy in the morning or afternoon makes a difference for people with stage II-III lung cancer who are about to have surgery. About 156 participants will receive standard treatment plus immunotherapy at either 8-11 AM or 3-6 PM. The goal is to see if timing affects how well the tumor shrinks before surgery.
