New bone graft could improve spinal fusion for back pain sufferers

Summary

This study tests a special bone graft (Infuse with Mastergraft) in 100 adults needing spinal fusion for 2-4 levels of the lower back due to conditions like instability or stenosis. The goal is to see if it safely helps bones fuse together better and reduces pain. Participants will be followed for up to 24 months with X-rays and CT scans to check fusion success.
