This study looked at how the immune system responds to getting the flu vaccine year after year. Researchers followed nearly 1,000 healthy adults aged 18-45 in Hong Kong who had not been vaccinated in the past two years. They measured antibody levels and immune cell responses to understand why some people still get the flu after vaccination and how prior vaccinations shape future immunity.
