Summary

This study tested a new type of flu vaccine called a self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) vaccine in 440 healthy adults aged 18 to 49. The goal was to see if it is safe and how the body responds compared to a licensed flu shot or a placebo. Participants received one injection and were followed for 6 months to monitor side effects and immune responses.
