Summary

This study aims to create a controlled human infection model for H3N2 influenza in Canada. Researchers will intentionally expose 32 healthy adults aged 18-45 to a lab-made flu virus to see if it safely causes mild to moderate flu symptoms. The goal is to develop a reliable method for testing future flu vaccines and treatments.
