Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called infigratinib can safely help children with hypochondroplasia, a genetic condition that causes short stature, grow faster and taller. It involves children aged 3 to 18 who have already been in a related observational study. The research will measure changes in annual growth rate, height, body proportions, and safety over time.
