Fertility boost: estradiol or guaifenesin may improve pregnancy rates
NCT ID NCT07398924
First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding vaginal estradiol or oral guaifenesin to standard fertility treatment (clomiphene citrate) could improve pregnancy rates in 90 women with infertility. The goal was to see if these add-ons help by improving the uterine lining and cervical mucus, which clomiphene can sometimes harm. Results will show which approach works best for increasing chances of getting pregnant.
