Summary
This study observed 41 infants aged 6 to 36 months who were given a rice-based infant formula (RIF). Researchers wanted to understand why pediatricians prescribe RIF during the first year of life, especially before 6 months of age. The study did not test any treatment but simply collected information from parents and doctors about real-world use.
