Summary

This study tested a new drug, indoximod, combined with standard immune-boosting therapies (checkpoint inhibitors) in 131 adults with advanced melanoma that could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink or control tumors. The study was completed and measured how many patients responded to treatment.
