Tailored radiation may cut side effects in nose cancer patients

Summary

This study tests whether giving radiation only to the specific neck areas where cancer has spread can reduce side effects and improve quality of life for people with nasopharyngeal cancer. About 470 patients will be assigned to either standard or personalized radiation. The goal is to maintain cancer control while minimizing harm.
