Summary
This study compares a personalized lung ventilation method to standard care in 352 adults having video-assisted lung surgery. The goal is to see if adjusting air pressure settings for each patient lowers the chance of lung problems like pneumonia or breathing failure within a week after surgery. Participants must be 18-75, have a healthy weight, and be scheduled for elective surgery.
