Summary
This study tested whether offering prizes to parents or caregivers could get them more involved in their teenager's drug court program and treatment. Researchers wanted to see if this increased involvement would help reduce the teens' substance use and delinquent behavior. The study compared this prize-based approach to the standard drug court program.
