Early cancer drug trial halted after safety check

NCT ID NCT03522142

Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety of an experimental drug called INCB081776, both alone and combined with another drug, in people with advanced cancers that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to find safe dosage levels and understand how the body processes the drug. The trial was terminated after enrolling 83 participants and did not proceed to later testing phases.
