New drug combo shows promise for rare bone marrow cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called INCB057643, given alone or with an existing drug (ruxolitinib), for people with myelofibrosis and other advanced blood cancers. The main goal is to check safety and see if the drug can shrink an enlarged spleen, a common problem in these diseases. About 140 adults who have not responded to prior treatments are taking part.
