Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, INCA036978, in about 218 people with certain blood cancers (myeloproliferative neoplasms). The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, either alone or with standard treatment. Participants must have a life expectancy over 6 months and cannot have other recent cancers or serious infections.
