New hope for tough blood cancers: first human tests begin

NCT ID NCT07008118

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called INCA035784 for rare blood cancers called myeloproliferative neoplasms. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see what side effects it causes in 120 adults who have not responded well to other treatments. Researchers will also check if the drug helps reduce symptoms like spleen enlargement and fatigue.
