New drug combo aims to control rare blood cancers

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, INCA033989, given alone or with another drug (ruxolitinib) in people with certain blood cancers (myeloproliferative neoplasms). The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 290 adults with these cancers will take part.
