Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational drug called IMVT-1402 can safely reduce symptoms and improve daily life for adults with generalized myasthenia gravis, a chronic autoimmune disease that causes severe muscle weakness. About 231 participants with mild to severe symptoms will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for comparison. The main goal is to see if the drug leads to meaningful improvement in patients' ability to perform everyday activities.
