Summary

This study tests an investigational drug called IMVT-1402 in people with mild to severe generalized myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness. About 231 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves daily activities and muscle strength. The goal is to find a safer and more effective treatment option.
