Lab-Grown cells offer hope for transplant complication

Summary
This study tests a new treatment made from special lab-grown cells (iMSC) for people with a severe complication after bone marrow transplant called graft-versus-host disease that does not respond to steroids. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and if it can help control the disease. About 12 people aged 4 to 70 will take part.
