Summary
This study tests a simple decision aid that helps teens and young adults (ages 12-25) make clearer choices about menstrual management and contraception. The tool provides easy-to-understand information to reduce uncertainty and support shared decision-making with their doctor. About 252 participants will be randomly assigned to use the decision aid or receive standard counseling.
