Summary
This study looked at whether a structured literacy program called Aprendo Leyendo helps first- and second-graders in Buenos Aires read better. Over 500 students from 15 schools took part; some teachers used the new program while others taught as usual. Researchers measured reading skills at several points to see if the program made a difference.
