Summary

This study tests whether a text message-based mental health and substance use screening program helps more pregnant and postpartum women attend treatment compared to standard in-person screening. About 10,470 women from MUSC clinics will participate by completing online questionnaires. The goal is to see if the text-based approach improves treatment attendance and retention.
