Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-session exercise program led by physical therapists can help older adults (70+) with stable heart disease become less frail. Participants will do guided exercises and mobility training to improve balance, walking speed, and leg strength. The researchers will also check medications, diet, and lab results to see overall health changes.
