Summary
This study tested a program to help children from single-parent, low-income, or left-behind families in Shenzhen improve their emotional regulation skills. 183 children aged 8 to 14 took part in four group sessions and a booster session. The program aimed to teach strategies for managing emotions and boosting happiness, and the results were measured through questionnaires.
