New study aims to boost school drug prevention efforts

Summary
This study tests whether a support tool called Getting To Outcomes helps schools run the Project ALERT drug prevention program more effectively. About 42 schools and their 7th-grade students (ages 12-14) will participate. Researchers will measure students' alcohol and drug use, beliefs, and ability to resist peer pressure to see if the tool improves outcomes.
