NCT ID NCT07620028

First seen Jun 10, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 10, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether giving low-income families in Indianapolis a weekly box of healthy foods like meat, dairy, fruits, and vegetables for a year can improve children's diet quality and reduce hunger. About 500 households with kids aged 5-18 will take part, and researchers will track changes in eating habits, food security, and health through surveys and optional blood tests. The goal is to see if this approach helps families eat better and feel more food secure.
