Summary

This study looks at whether a direct-to-patient teledermatology app can improve access to skin care for veterans. Researchers will track wait times, travel distance, and satisfaction, and use the data to develop an AI system. Over 63,000 new dermatology patients at three VA facilities will take part. The goal is to understand if remote care can make dermatology visits faster and easier.
