Summary
This study is testing a training program called TeamBirth that teaches hospital staff how to better communicate with people during labor. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce unnecessary C-sections, improves the birthing experience, and makes care more equitable, especially for Black birthing people. The study involves 2,200 participants across multiple hospitals and focuses on measuring communication quality and patient satisfaction.
