Summary

This study looks at ways to help people with familial hypercholesterolemia (a genetic condition causing very high cholesterol) better understand and manage their condition. About 300 participants will either receive usual care or a motivational interview to see if it improves their knowledge and cholesterol levels. The goal is to promote better disease management and encourage family members to get screened.
