Summary
This study looked at how accurately a new computer-guided drilling method places dental implants in the front upper jaw. Twenty-six adults with a damaged front tooth that could not be saved received a flapless, computer-guided implant. The main goal was to measure the angle difference between the planned and actual implant position.
