Summary
This study tested two different attachment systems (Equator and Novaloc) for implant-supported lower dentures in 26 people aged 60-70 with no teeth. The goal was to see which attachment provides better denture retention and improves quality of life. Participants received two implants and were randomly assigned to one attachment type, then measured for retention and satisfaction.
