Dental implant depth showdown: which position wins for bone health?

Summary
This study will compare two different depths for placing dental implants (2mm vs 4mm below the bone crest) to see which one leads to better bone and gum health over time. About 80 adults needing two implants in the back of the jaw will be randomly assigned to one depth or the other. Researchers will measure bone levels and gum health for one year after the implants are put in.
