Summary
This study looks at whether certain medications that alter gut bacteria can influence how well immunotherapy works in people with advanced lung cancer. Researchers will review medical records from 800 adults to see if starting these drugs within 90 days before immunotherapy affects survival. The goal is to find new ways to predict and improve treatment response.
