NCT ID NCT07301957
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at pregnant women whose water breaks but labor doesn't start right away. Researchers want to see if deliberately breaking the leftover membrane can shorten the time to labor and lower the chance of needing medication to start labor. About 130 women will take part, and the goal is to understand if this simple step helps.
