First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy and chemotherapy at different times can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that lacks certain gene mutations. About 246 adults will be split into three groups: same-day treatment, chemotherapy two days before immunotherapy, or a personalized schedule based on daily immune system monitoring. The goal is to see if personalized timing improves tumor shrinkage and delays cancer growth.
