New combo therapy holds promise for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer patients

Summary
This study is for elderly or less healthy patients with stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It tests whether adding immunotherapy to chemotherapy before radiation therapy can help control the cancer longer. About 152 participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment sequences to see which works best.
