Summary
This study tests whether giving immunotherapy (Cemiplimab) along with chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Paclitaxel) before radiation can help elderly or unfit patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. The trial will enroll 152 participants and compare this approach to standard care. The goal is to improve survival while keeping side effects manageable.
