First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study will look for biological markers (biomarkers) that can predict serious side effects from immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, a common cancer treatment. Researchers will follow 440 adults starting this therapy to build a model that forecasts who is at risk. The goal is to make immunotherapy safer by catching side effects early.
