Summary

This study looked at how children's immune systems bounce back in the year after finishing treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Researchers tracked infections and checked immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases like measles. The goal is to learn whether kids need extra vaccine doses after leukemia therapy. About 89 children from several U.S. hospitals took part.
