NCT ID NCT05632341

Summary

This study tested whether a dietary supplement called GCWB1176 could improve the body's immune defenses. It involved 100 adults who were generally healthy but experienced frequent minor infections like colds or mouth sores. Participants took either the supplement or a placebo (a dummy pill) for 8 weeks to see if it changed their immune cell activity and infection rates.
