Summary
This study aimed to see if a single dose of a test product could cause rapid, measurable changes in the body's antioxidant defenses, immune cell activity, and markers related to repair and regeneration. Twenty healthy adults participated, each taking both the test product and a placebo on separate visits. Researchers carefully measured changes in their blood over a few hours to look for immediate effects.
