Summary
This study checks if it's possible to run a larger trial comparing immediate versus delayed weight bearing after surgery for pelvis or acetabulum fractures. About 200 adults from 7 medical centers will be randomly assigned to start walking right away or wait 6-12 weeks. The main goal is to see if surgeons and patients agree to join, if patients follow instructions, and if follow-up is successful.
