New study tests if same-day dental implants work as well as waiting three months

Summary
This study looks at whether putting a dental crown on a new implant right away works as well as waiting three months. Researchers will follow 50 adults for one year to check how many implants stay in place and how healthy the gums and bone remain. The goal is to see if immediate loading can save time without harming long-term success.
